While attending Gamescom a few weeks back I was fortunate to attend an exclusive event with the masterminds behind Final Fantasy, Game Director Hajime Tabata as well as Art Director Tomohiro Hasegawa. While both were very sorry about having to postpone the release of Final Fantasy XV it was a very entertaining event with them joking about German food or little stories like how Tabata has just started playing Final Fantasy II again.

From everything I heard these days at the world’s biggest games convention, Final Fantasy XV is really an exciting title to look forward to and of course Hajime Tabata promised several times that it will be the best title of the series.

Tonight you can now enjoy a live streaming of a performance of songs from the Final Fantasy XV soundtrack, performed by the grandiose London Philharmonic Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios – and with an appearance from game composer Yoko Shimomura:
